The outdoor kitchen is kinda cool...but I'm like you...like a little space between me and my neighbors. LOL Thanks for the tour! Wish they would do a dream home in Georgia! :-)

I'm with ya Susan. It cracks me up when I see the commercials on HGTV. The house looks like it is by itself, when actually it is pretty close to a house right next to it.

Hmmm... that is weird that they didn't source the upholstery. You'd think they'd be shouting that out. The house has strange angles I think and lowering a ceiling that much seems incorrect. Maybe they put it together in a day like they do on many of their shows :) Just kidding... I do like the living room. That was my favorite room.
